2. Academic Rights
-Quality Education: You are entitled to access high-quality education and resources.
-Fair Assessment: Your academic achievements will be evaluated fairly and transparently.
-Academic Freedom: Engage in studies and research independently and without undue restrictions.
3. Participation and Involvement
Decision-Making: You will participate in institutional decision-making processes as necessary.
Activities: Enjoy opportunities to join or create student associations, participate in events, and contribute to surveys.
4. Rights to Appeals and Complaints
-Submit written complaints or claims regarding decisions or actions that affect you, which will be reviewed promptly.
-Appeal test results or decisions in line with the Academy’s established procedures.
-Challenge disciplinary actions and request a fair hearing if desired.



Your Responsibilities as a Student
Respect: Treat peers, faculty, and staff with dignity and respect their rights.
Integrity: Avoid discriminatory or intolerant behaviors and uphold the institution's reputation.
Compliance: Follow the Code of Conduct and all institutional regulations.



Disciplinary Proceedings
If you are subject to disciplinary actions:
-You will be notified and given the opportunity to present your case.
-The Professional Behavior Committee will ensure a fair and proportional process.
-You can appeal decisions through institutional mechanisms.
