Within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program, representatives of the International Relations Office of TMA, Natalia Kotchlashvili and Tekla Ratiani, attended International Staff Training Week, organized by Masaryk University.

Within the framework of the working week, TMA's delegates had the opportunity to actively participate in several events and activities. Universities from Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and Africa participated in the week.

The week was devoted to workshops and discussions. The participants of the meeting reviewed strategies, obstacles, and prospects for international mobility. The conversation also touched on discussing the needs of students with special educational needs, promoting their integration, and organizing international cooperation projects.

Within the framework of the visit, TMA delegates met with colleagues from the International Department. Meetings were also held with representatives of the Special Needs Student Support Centre, Marketing Department, and Student Services Departments, where the parties shared their experiences and discussed potential areas of future cooperation.

Aside to the formal part of the Staff Training Week, the representatives of TMA met with the exchange students from TMA and first incoming exchange student from Masaryk University, Viktor Kadeřábek, who will join TMA for one semester in Spring 2025.
